If this sounds like your roof, then this is probably how we would go about the job.

• First we remove and replace any broken or cracked tiles and contaminants
• If the pointing or bedding needs repairs or there are broken or loose ridge caps we replace and re-bed them.
• We then apply Roofbond Flexible Pointing to finish off the ridge capping before proceeding
• We then clean the roof lightly to avoid removing existing paint
• We apply one coat of Shieldseal CT401 to seal the tiles
• Followed by two coats of Roofbond paint in the colour of your choice
• As an option we can apply a final coat using NanoProtect SC-96 to give your roof an extra seal. In fact, NanoProtect increases your warranty to 12 years with the first 6 years covered for fading and gloss retention
